1. Order Processing

Machine Kits & Supplies: Most orders are prepared within 3–7 business days. Lead times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

2. Shipping

Machine kits include free sea shipping by default.

Sea shipping usually takes longer than air shipping. Tracking may not update often while the package is in transit overseas. In most cases, tracking updates will appear once the shipment arrives in your destination country and is handed to the local delivery carrier.

Before your shipment arrives in your destination country, we may still be able to check the status through our international shipping system. Please contact us with your order number if you would like an update.

If you would like faster air shipping, please contact us before placing your order. We can create a custom shipping listing for you.

Multiple packages may be sent for one order.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not shipped yet may still be updated.

3. Refund Policy

Machine kits, machines, cutters, refill supplies, and making materials are final sale.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us. We care about your experience and will do our best to help.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or incorrect, please email us with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue.

We will review your request and help provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

5. Lifetime Warranty for Machines

Treasure Tool machines include a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Coverage includes manual press machines and matching cutters.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, incompatible materials, or unauthorized repairs.

To request warranty support, please email us with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue. Shipping fees may apply for replacement parts, repairs, or warranty service.
