What is included in the Machine Kit?

Each Machine Kit includes a press machine, matching cutter, and compatible making materials to help you start creating your own custom products.

Please note: printer and photo paper are not included.

Do I need anything else to use the kit?

Yes. You will need your own printer, photo paper, and scissors or a paper cutter.

What products can I make with the machines?

The products you can make depend on the machine kit you choose.

The square machine kit is designed for square photo magnets.

The rectangle machine kit is designed for rectangle photo magnets.

The round machine kit can be used with compatible supplies to make up to 9 product types, including photo magnets, pocket mirrors, keychains, bottle opener magnets, mirror keychains, pins, photo stands, phone stands, and a second keychain style.

Can I order more supplies later?

Yes. We offer refill packs, compatible supplies, and sample materials in our Supplies section.

Are templates included?

Yes. Machine kits include a basic starter template to help you begin.

We also offer optional Canva templates for cards, backing cards, packaging, and product presentation. They are easy to customize and beginner-friendly.

Can I use this to start a small business?

Yes. Treasure Tool kits are designed for makers, small business owners, and creative sellers who want to make custom magnets, event favors, personalized gifts, and handmade products.

Do you ship to Canada, the U.S., and other countries?

Yes. We ship to Canada, the U.S., and select international countries.

How do I track my order?

Orders typically take 3-6 business days to process. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated tracking email.

Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it. You can also email us with your order number, and we will look into it for you.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, if your order has not shipped yet, we can update your shipping address for you.

What is your return policy?

Machine kits, tools, and supplies are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Custom-made products are made to order and cannot be returned, but if something arrives wrong or damaged, we will work with you to make it right.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

My machine is not working correctly. What should I do?

All Treasure Tool machines come with a Lifetime Warranty.

Please email us at hello@treasuretool.com with photos or a short video of the issue, and we will help troubleshoot with you.

Why isn't my tracking number updating?

If you chose sea shipping, you will receive a tracking number once your shipment is on the boat.

Your tracking number may not update again until the shipment arrives on land. This typically takes 20–40 days.
